A woman can determine if she’s pregnant by taking a pregnancy test. These tests check urine (like the home pregnancy tests) or blood (via a blood test conducted by a Healthcare Professional) for the hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG).
The early signs of pregnancy include a missed period (although this symptom can be misleading if you have an irregular menstrual cycle), tender and swollen breasts, nausea with or without vomiting, increased urination, and fatigue.
