We would like to provide you with the following update regarding the supply status of our specialised paediatric products during this continued difficult time. Your patients are among our most vulnerable customers, and we are committed to meeting their nutritional requirements. We encourage you to share this information with your patients to provide them with the reassurance that they can continue to find their usual products.
As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, governments may require certain types of non-essential business to cease operating, or to operate in different ways. Nutricia is categorised as “essential” by the New Zealand government and therefore is and will continue to operate.
Due to the current situation, we have experienced increased demand for some of our specialised paediatric products. We are working very closely with our factories and trusted supply chain partners and have put in place measures to maximise the availability of our products in New Zealand.
So that we can best support you and your patients, we have developed the below list detailing the latest supply status of our specialised paediatric products.
Rest assured. We are doing our best to keep our infant formula in stock. If your patients cannot find it, you can direct them to our Careline, Low Protein Connect, or NutriciaStore.

Available in pharmacy on prescription. To assist us in managing our current stock levels, where possible we ask that you please prescribe Aptamil AllerPro Syneo for children 0-12 months in place of Aptamil Gold+ Pepti-Junior where clinically appropriate.
