It can be tough to find healthy recipes to please your picky eater. Why not try these Cheery Chia Cups which are sure to be a hit at your child’s next mealtime.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 6 scoops AptaGrow
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir and place into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve on its own or top with fresh raspberries.
